Tennenbaum Capital Partners Adds Two Members to its Team of Investment
Professionals
– Firm Also Appoints New Office Manager –
SANTA MONICA, CA – September 6, 2004 – Tennenbaum
Capital Partners, LLC, today announced that Todd Gerch and Phillip Tseng have joined the firm, expanding Tennebaum’s
investment group to 15.

partner. “They possess significant analytical talents, and I am
confident they will contribute to the firm’s strategic growth and
our ability to respond quickly and effectively to the capital requirements

Gerch joins Tennebaum as Associate, bringing to the firm experience in
private equity and leveraged finance investment. Most recently,
Gerch was with the capital markets group of Ares Management and the investment
banking division of Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB). Gerch
graduated
Magna Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A.
degree in finance and business economics. He earned an M.B.A degree from
The
Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Tseng also joins Tennebaum as an Associate. Most recently, he was a senior
associate at CSFB, focusing on technology and business services. Previously
he was an analyst at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown. Tseng earned an A.B. degree
in economics, with honors, from Harvard College, and an M.B.A. degree
from the Harvard Business School.
The firm also announced the appointment of Judy Zeller as Office Manager.
Zeller joins Tennenbaum from the Aurora Capital Group.
“Judy brings more than 20 years of senior administrative experience
to our organization and will be a valuable addition to our group,” Tennenbaum
said.
